Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders or a product is on backorder, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays (especially during holidays or peak seasons).

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders efficiently and securely.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping may be limited in certain regions due to carrier restrictions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Roarbie’s World is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your local government. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
